ALBERT C. PODFOUNDER, CHAIRMAN AND CEO
Al presided over Executive Jet Management, a NetJets and Berkshire Hathaway Company, during EJM’s period of greatest growth and has brought to Rushmore Wall nine members of his EJM leadership team. Under Al’s leadership at EJM, the number of managed aircraft grew from 6 to 100, annual charter revenues grew over 9000% [that’s over nine thousand per cent!!!], the maintenance repair station grew from 14 A and P technicians at I base to over 150 technicians at 3 bases [LUK, HPN and APA], EJM received Pro Pilot Magazine’s BEST CHARTER SERVICE AWARD for 10 consecutive years, the EJM Repair Station received FAA’s DIAMOND AWARD FOR MAINTENANCE EXCELLENCE for 10 consecutive years, and EJM was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification for all company processes and was the first Part 135 firm in the world to achieve ISBAO certification. Al was formerly VP of Flight Operations for NetJets, holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating with over 13,000 hours logged flight time, flew as a Part 121 [Airline] Captain and Chief Pilot, Part 135 Director of Operations, has held instructor pilot and check airman designations in both Part 121 and 135 operations, held The Accountable Manager position in Safety Management Systems and was an FAA Anti-Drug and Alcohol Program Manager.
ROBERT E. MAYOVICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS AND PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
For Executive Jet Management Bob held the positions of Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Vice President Aircraft Conformity and Vice President of Leadership Development. He has broad experience in both implementing and teaching business process optimization, metric development, using metrics for decision making and placing department’s and entire firms in a status of continuous improvement. As a pilot, he holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating and has over 7000 hours of logged flight time. Bob is authorized to conduct audits for IBAC/IS-BAO, Flight Safety Foundation BARS and Argus Pros.
RICHARD WILLIAMSVICE PRESIDENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR STATION ADMINISTRATION
Richard has demonstrated exceptional experience in the formulation of Repair Stations with emphasis on the technical and organizational expertise to bring about significant growth. At EJM as Vice President of Maintenance, Richard took a Repair Station with almost no authorizations , increased its knowledge, experience and technical expertise to obtain authorizations for all NetJets types. He also formulated the EJM Rapid Response Teams, a group of highly qualified technicians who, within 60 minutes, were dispatched to anywhere in the world to correct maintenance anomalies on any NetJets aircraft. [The Rapid Response team was once dispatched to correct a difficult maintenance anomaly on a Citation X which was in a Cessna Service Center.]
For the Rushmore Wall Group, Richard’s expertise regarding maintenance and repair stations allows him to expeditiously identify gaps in a Client’s current maintenance system and that which is required in Rushmore Wall’s Level 1 [regulatory], Level 2 [audit standard] and Level 3 [processes optimized and placed in a state of continuous improvement.]
ADRIAN FOXMAINTENANCE DIRECTOR, ASIAN OPERATIONS
FAA DESIGNATED AIRWORTHINESS REPRESENTATIVE
Adrian Fox has 41 years aviation maintenance experience as a licensed A and P mechanic with Inspection Authorization and as an Federal Aviation Administration Designated Airworthiness Representative. Experience includes employment with Boeing, the Airlines and the FAA. For the FAA, Adrian served within the US as a Principal Maintenance Inspector and in the Manager capacity on the Flight Standards District Office/Certificate Management Office level. Internationally, he worked for the FAA on the PMI level in the Caribbean, South America and Asia. Adrian additionally exercises the privileges of his Commercial Pilot certificate. Mr. Fox resides in Bangkok, Thailand.
JEFFREY CRYDERCHIEF FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Jeff, a Certified Public Accountant, has wide experience as an auditor for a Big Four accounting firm, and broad expertise in the design, development and improvement of accounting systems for Part 135 aircraft management and charter firms. As Chief Financial Officer for Mr. Pod at Executive Jet Management, Jeff markedly increased the sophistication of the accounting systems for each business unit and each aircraft management customer. He is highly knowledgeable in the optimum specification, design and implementation of the information technologies associated with accounting and inventory control systems, aircraft management client billing tailored to client requirements, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and the design and implementation in the 1, 5 and 10 strategic planning process.
BARRY MORGANVICE PRESIDENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Barry Morgan is a project implementation expert with 29 years of experience working in a broad range of multi-national business environments. He is highly skilled at quickly integrating with clients and building high performance teams that deliver world class results.
He has experience with system selection and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable, HR, Payroll, Electronic Commerce, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Imaging and Workflow Management, Business Intelligence, Flight Scheduling software [Flight Operating System (FOS), AviNode and CharterX] and Maintenance Repair Operation (MRO) Systems. While at Executive Jet Management Barry led the IT team and:
- Implemented web service to aggregate Supply Chain demand and increase procurement visibility. Improved data accuracy of previous process from 50% to 98% and saved $1.8M per year. This was done by integrating internal aircraft tracking systems with Suppliers systems that used FOS and AviNode.
- Implemented a web based document management work flow system that decreased Invoice processing duration by 50% and reduced errors by 100%.
- Established IT Strategic Portfolio management process to ensure that IT projects are aligned with the Company strategic vision and have the necessary support to succeed.
- Established IT performance metrics and developed Six Sigma process controls that improved quality of IT service 12% in the first year.
WALTER ERNSTVICE PRESIDENT REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Prior to joining EJM and following a distinguished career as an aviator, Walter spent over 20 years with the Federal Aviation Administration in Flight Standards as an Aviation Safety Inspector, Staff Specialist and District Office and Branch Manager working with Part 91, Part 135 and Part 121 Operators. His knowledge of all applicable regulations was continually reinforced by participation in literally hundreds of Operator Audits. At EJM, Walter introduced Business Process Based Management concepts, developed the initial EJM Business Operating System which included the analysis and reengineering of all EJM business processes, the identification of business metrics and the continuous improvement schema. Walter owns an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and has logged over 5000 flying hours.
DANIEL FLYNN... Currently at Bagram Air Base, AfghanistanVICE PRESIDENT CHARTER SALES AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION
Dan has more than 25 years experience in the Part 135 Aircraft Management and Charter business with demonstrated world class expertise in Charter Sales, Charter Sales Management and the relevant information technologies. For EJM, Dan initiated the New York Charter Sales office…from recruiting and training personnel to establishing processes and metrics in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. In the first 10 months of operation, Dan’s New York office generated more than $24 million dollars in revenues. Dan additionally wrote the business plan for an EJM Hong Kong charter office. In Hong Kong, Dan established a Charter Sales office, recruited and trained personnel and designed and implemented sales and marketing strategies. His success generated an invitation to speak at the Asia Business Aviation Exposition and Conference. Further relevant experience includes employment with Computing Technologies for Aviation [CTA] as an analyst and trainer for new and existing clients. For CTA, Dan worked with Clients on site to install and train, tested new product enhancements before public release, and produced training manuals for individual Clients. For RWG, Dan has worked with Clients designing specifications for IT systems, led studies and recommendations for selection of IT systems, and once selected worked with Clients for optimum use.
JUDITH REIFVICE PRESIDENT INFLIGHT SERVICES
Judy has demonstrated an industry leadership position in the Cabin Services sector of business aviation. Serving as chair person of NBAA’s Flight Attendant Committee, she participated in the formulation and authoring of the NBAA Standards for Flight Attendants for the NBAA’s Management Guide, has contributed similarly to EBACE, participated in the update of the ISBAO requirements for Flight Attendants, has written and implemented numerous Flight Attendant Operations Manuals for corporations and has trained many Flight Attendants on VIP Cabin Service. A current Flight Attendant herself, Judy has additional experience as a marketing and demonstration Flight Attendant for Bombardier and has specified cabin and galley setup for Customers purchasing Gulfstream, Dassault and Bombardier aircraft.
DONALD EMERLINGVICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND QUALITY STANDARDS
Holding a like title at EJM, Mr. Emerling oversaw the design, installation and certification of EJM as an ISO9001:2000 operating firm. A Six Sigma Certified Blackbelt, Mr. Emerling’s skills include business operating analysis and design, business process reengineering, and lean operations implementation. His experience relative to RWG Clients includes: Reviewing and analyzing client’s asset utilization, operational efficiency, strategies and processes, Defining key operations and quality business processes, systems and organizational capabilities and development of baselines for improvements,  Identifying critical elements, best practices, and components within each business process and develop metrics for key processes, Designing Stewardship and Performance Management Systems,  Developing and elaborating strategies and processes aimed at streamlining operations processes and  Providing recommendations to clients’ upper management regarding implementation of recommendations.
GLENNA EDWARDSVICE PRESIDENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
With a career spanning over 20 years as a Customer Service professional, Ms. Edwards was EJM’s National VP of Client Relations. She also held positions in Charter Sales and the Flight Operations Center. Ms. Edwards was responsible for maintaining one of the most important relationships an aircraft management company has, namely, with its aircraft owners. In our business, with the complexities of international travel, maintenance anomalies and changing owner schedules, this relationship can be a challenge to manage successfully. Aircraft owners loved Ms. Edwards’ customer centric focus and in depth understanding of the complexities of our business. Importantly, she inspired her staff to understand the importance of obtaining the aircraft owner’s longstanding trust and confidence.
GINNELL SCHILLERVICE PRESIDENT MARKETING
Ms. Schiller has a MBA in Marketing and a 30 year career in the development and implementation of highly successful, strategic marketing plans that have led to significant profitable organizational growth. The balance required between the tactical, immediate need to touch the customer and strategic brand development is an integral part of a Part 135 firm’s allocation of its marketing dollars. For EJM, Ms. Schiller understood and executed on this balance to the great growth in the number of both management and charter clients. Strategic client development is an important skill offering Ms. Schiller understands well and brings to RWG clients as well as expertise in marketing and sales processes and organizational structure.
MICHELE WILSONASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN
A Part 135 industry veteran, Ms. Wilson served as Assistant to the President during Mr. Pod’s leadership of EJM. Ms. Wilson has played a leadership role in corporate governance, strategic planning, installing Mission Vision Value and Ethics policies into corporate culture, oversight of contracts, and aircraft owner interface.
